Ciro and his brothers began working under the guidance of their father and uncles from a very young age. They inherited generations of invaluable building knowledge that had been passed on for centuries.

One Guy From Italy began during the summer of 1988 when AnnaMarie met Ciro in Naples, Italy. Shortly after marrying in 1989, they opened One Guy From Italy. It was named by AnnaMarie because she said "everyone wants an Italian mason."

Ciro's father Paolo, and his brothers Carlo, Massimo and Marcello traveled back and forth from Naples to New Jersey to help Ciro on big projects.

Following family tradition, Ciro has diligently passed on his knowledge in masonry to his sons.

Currently, we work together, bringing life to a bunch of rocks.
